Free Workout June 27 2019. Attention Runners!

I have been working with a lot of runners lately.  Some competing and some just looking to jog a little better. 

Here is a quick workout you can do anywhere to help up your running game  

Should take you apx 15 minutes.  

Shake your legs out and maybe walk a little before hand and remember to do some simple stretches afterwards .
